I got this for someone’s birthday, and it was just smaller than I thought it’d be. The packaging was fine, nothing terrible, but for the price I expected it to look a bit more special. Taste-wise it was okay, no big complaints there, but overall it didn’t really feel like something gift-worthy to me.

I thought the flavors were really nice overall. They tasted rich without feeling too heavy, which I appreciated. A few combinations stood out to me more than others, but in general, I enjoyed the variety and would definitely try them again.

The site is nice to look at and it was easy enough to find what I needed, so I’ll give it that. But the pages took a while to load, and checkout felt a little awkward, like it wasn’t as smooth as it should be. It’s decent overall, just not quite as polished as it first seems.

I was surprised by how good the texture was. The chocolate melts super smoothly, but a few pieces still have that little bit of crunch that makes it more fun to eat. Nothing tasted waxy or off, just rich and fresh. Based on this box, I’d assume they generally know what they’re doing with chocolate textures. I definitely ate them faster than I meant to.

The box looked really nice and kind of fancy, and everything arrived clean and neatly packed. I’m always a little worried about things getting damaged in shipping, so it was reassuring to see how secure it all felt. Maybe there was a bit more packaging than needed, but overall it made a good first impression.

I ordered a few truffles and a chocolate bar, and while the flavors were actually good, the texture just wasn’t what I expected. A couple pieces had that dry, slightly old chocolate feel, like they’d been sitting around longer than they should’ve.
For the price, I really thought it would taste fresher. Shipping was fine and nothing arrived melted, so I don’t think that was the problem. Also, the constant reminders to review/order again felt a little aggressive, which made the whole experience more irritating. kinda disappointing.

I’ll be honest, after I paid I was a bit unsure and kept wondering if the chocolate would really show up. But the tracking was spot on, and it arrived right when it said it would. Everything was fine in the end.

My order issue did get fixed in the end, thank goodness, but wow it felt like it took forever. I was getting so frustrated waiting around, but at least everything was handled eventually

My order got here on time, but the outer box was banged up and the ice pack was basically warm by the time I opened it. A few pieces had slid around, and one corner was starting to melt, which was annoying to see after waiting for it.
I called to ask about it and got transferred around, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. They still tasted fine after I put them in the fridge, but for the price, I expected the packaging to hold up better, especially when it’s warm out.

I’ll give Vosges Chocolate credit where it’s due: the assortment is definitely not boring. They have way more than basic chocolate bars, with truffles, gift boxes, and all kinds of flavor combinations that make browsing fun.

That said, some of the flavors felt a little too adventurous for my taste, because apparently chocolate can’t just be chocolate anymore. I do wish it was easier to sort through the options and find the more normal, straightforward choices without playing detective.
Overall, the variety is genuinely good, and I did find a few things I’d happily order again. It’s not perfect, but it’s still a solid 4 stars from me.

The prices felt fair overall, so I don’t really have an issue with that. I just wish the experience had been handled a bit better, i was expecting at least a simple apology.

i really liked this chocolate. it has a nice balance of sweetness without being too much, so it’s easy to enjoy

I’ve ordered from Vosges a few times now, and the things I want are kinda always there when I check, which is really nice. Even the seasonal chocolates have been easy to find on the site. I haven’t run into any annoying sold-out surprises so far, so ordering gifts feels a lot less stressful.

I liked the taste a lot—actually, let me put it this way, the chocolate is really nice. I’m just not totally convinced it’s worth the price, since it still feels a bit too expensive for what you get.
